Langkah-langkah Memasak Soto Ayam

- Siapkan bahan pelengkap,soun,tauge seduh dengan air panas,rajang halus kol dan daun seledri,suwir-suwir ayam.Sambal=rebus cabai rawit, uleg halus kasih sedikit air soto dan garam.Koya=saya pakai kelapa setengah muda di sangrai kasih garam dan blender halus.
- Penyajian=tata soun,kol,tauge,1sdt bumbu koya,ayam suwir,tomat,telor rebus,daun seledri dan bawang goreng, kemudian siram dengan kuah soto.Tambah perasaan jeruk nipis dan sambal.Jika suka kecap boleh pakai kecap manis.
